Ingredients:
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons cornstarch
50cl milk
Freshly ground black pepper
Salt to taste
Pinch of nutmeg powder
Method:
In a medium saucepan Melt the butter and cornstarch and stir with a wooden spoon for 2 to 3 minutes over medium heat.
Pour the milk gradually, stirring constantly, until the sauce thickens.
Add salt, pepper and nutmeg to the sauce.
