Yummy And Easy Italian Pasta Salad For Kids !

Ingredients:

250g of pasta
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cup  lettuce, chopped
1/2 cup canned sweet corn
3 tablespoons black olives, chopped
4 small slices of smoked turkey, diced
pinch of salt
Ground black pepper
hard boiled eggs (optionel to serve)

Cheesy sauce ingredients:

3 tablespoons mayonnaise
3 tablespoons cheese, grated
2 teaspoon olive oil



Instructions:

In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook pasta until al dente, rinse under cold water and drain.Then add 1 tablespoon of olive oil to the pasta and cook it for 1 to 2 min in large pan.
In a small bowl whisk together olive oil, mayonnaise.
In a salad bowl combine the pasta, cherry tomatoes, lettuce, smoked turkey, black olive, black pepper, sweet corn, and the mixture of cheesy sauce.


Serve the salad with hard boild egss(halved) and lettuce.

Perfect Chocolate-covered Strawberry Ice Cream Bars For Kids

Ingredients:

300g strawberries
120g dark chocolate
30g of sugar
1 lemon juice

Method:

Wash, cut and mix the strawberries in a blender with sugar and lemon juice. 

Pour into the Ice Cream Bar Mold, add the wood craft stick and allow at least 5 hours in the freezer.


Melt 125 g chocolate in a microwave.
Unmount the frozen ice cream bar.
Dip ice cream bar into a  melted chocolate . Place again 30 minutes in the freezer.

Ingredients:



250g of pasta
2 small bay leaves
3 tablespoons of olive oil
2 cups tomato sauce
1 small onion, chopped finely
1 medium carrot, chopped finely
100g cheese grated
1/2 teaspoon parpika powder

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
salt to taste
parsley chopped
2 tablespoons of fresh marjoram leaves, chopped





Method:


In a large pot of boiling water add  bay leaves, and cook spaghetti according to package directions. then drain spaghetti.

Add drained spaghetti to a large skillet over medium heat.  add 2 tablespoons of olive oil, salt , pepper , parsley, garlic powder and stir well for 3 to 5 minutes.

In a large skillet over meduim heat add 1 tablespoon of olive oil, carrot and onion and stir well for 10min then add tomato sauce , parpika , salt , pepper, garlic powder, and marjoram and cook for 10min.






Pour the mixture of sauce to the spaghetti and serve with grated cheese and marjoram leaves.

Delicious Strawberry Bavarois On Sponge Cake .. For Kids

Ingredients:

For the genoise sponge cake:

4 eggs
120 g of sugar
120 g flour
Pinch of salt


For the Bavarois:

600 g strawberries
1 lemon juice
6 sheets of gelatin
50 cl of heavy cream (very cold)
220 g of sugar


For the topping:

5cl of coulis (strawberry or raspberry)
2 sheets of gelatin

Method:

For sponge cake:

First we need  Circle Cookie Cutter with high edge, a baking try and  parchment paper sheets.

Preheat the oven to 400 °F (200°C).
In a medium bowl mix well together: 4 eggs yolks and sugar and salt for 5 min or until the mixture whitens.

Add the flour to the mixture and mix well.

In a medium bowl beat the eggs whites.

Add the eggs whites gentely to the batter.

Spread the batter in a circle cookie cutter on a baking try covered with a parchement paper sheets and bake it  for 10 to 12 minuttes.

When the sponge cake is cooked, slip it on a cake plate and remove the parchement paper sheets by leaving the cake in the circle cookie cutter.

For Bavarois:

In a blender mix together strawberries, lemon juice and sugar.
In a small bowl of water, soften the 6 sheets of gelatin for 10 min, then drain them.

On a medium heat, pour the mixture of strawberries into a saucepan and add the drained 6 sheets of gelatine.
Stir well until the mixture are melted. And leave the mixture to cool.

whip well the heavy cream.

Add the whipped cream gentely to the cold mixture of strawberries.

Pour the mixture on the sponge cake into the circle  cookie cutter and refrigerate for 8-10 hours.

After 8 hours pass the blade of the knife over the edge of the circle cookie cuuter to unmold.

For the topping:

In a small bowl of water, soften the 2 sheets of gelatin for 10 min, then drain them.

On a medium heat, pour the strawberry coulis into a saucepain and add the gelatin sheets mix well and let cool.
Then top the bavarois with the topping and let cool in the refrigerate for 5 min.

How to make a perfect french crepes with strawberries

Ingredients:

2 teaspoons of sugar
250ml of milk
2 eggs
100g of flour
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract (or lemon zest)
40g of butter, melted
Pinch of salt
Strawberries to serve (optional)

Method:

In a meduim bowl mix well together: sugar, eggs, flour, vanilla, butter,salt and milk.

Let the Mixture rest for 15 minutes at room temperature.

Spray non-stick cooking spray onto a 8 inch frying pan.

Pour about 1/4cup batter into the pan and spread it to form a crêpe. and cook the crêpes 1 minute on each side or until golden brown.
Serve crêpes with strawberries , jam , honey , chocolate ..etc.

Ingredients:

300 cl of milk

250g of flour

4 eggs

2 teaspoons baking powder

1 teaspoon extract vanilla

4 tablespoons of sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Pinch of salt

Butter for cooking

Method:


In a medium bowl , mix together dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.


In another medium bowl combine milk, eggs yolk and vanilla extract.



Add the mixture of milk and eggs to the dry ingredients by mixing and let's stand 15 to 30minutes.


After 30 minutes, In small bowl Beat the egg whites and add them gently to the mixture (this is the secret of fluffy pancakes).



In a small buttered non-stick pan  over medium high heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the pan, and cook the pancakes 1 minute on each side.

The edge of the pancake must be golden, and small bubbles must form on the top, it's time to return the pancake!

Serve with honey, butter, banana , strawberry , chocolate ... and Enjoy!

Ingredietns


400g pasta

2 cups marinara

2 cups bechamel sauce (recipe here)

200g grated cheese

2 tablespoons olive oil

Salt to taste

Freshly ground black pepper

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder



Method:

Preheat the oven to 350 °F (180 °C).


Grease the oven dish with 1 tablespoon of olive oil.



Cook the pasta in a large volume of water as indicated in the bag. 

Drain the pasta and pour it into a large saucepan and mix toghetr pasta, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, salt, pepper and garlic powder over a meduim heat for 3 minutes.

Pour the mixture of pasta into a oven dish.


Add a layer of marinara sauce over pasta.



Pour the bechamel over the marinara.

cover the dish with a layer of cheese and cook for about 35 minutes.


Serve and enjoy!
