Cooking For Kids: Yummy Homemade Breaded fish (whiting fillets)

Ingredients:
5 Fillets of whiting.
1 egg.
1 tablespoons of milk.
1 cup of bread crumbs.
Salt to taste.
Ground black pepper.
4 tablespoons of olive oil.
1 tablespoon of butter.
Method:
1- In a bowl, whisk the egg, milk, salt and pepper .
2-Put the flour in a bowl.
3-Put the bread crumbs in a bowl.
4-Heat the olive oil and butter in a medium non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat.
5-Dip each fish fillet in the flour after dipping in the mixture of the egg, then in the bread crumbs.
6-Put the fish on the frying pan and cook for 5 minutes, then flip the fish to the other side and cook for another 5 minutes .
7-Remove from heat and serve with cherry tomatoes and lemon.
