Healthy Homemade Carrot Juice With Yogurt For Kids

Ingredients:

500g/1.lb of carrots

1 liter of mineral water

1 Juice of a lemon

1 Peach yogurt

3 tablespoons of sugar (or honey)


Method:

Wash and peel the carrots, then boil them in water until they are cooked. Drain and mash them.

Leave the carrots to cool in the fridge.  

Add all of the ingredients (carrots, water, lemon ,yogurt and sugar) into the blender jug. 

Blend the ingredients on the highest level setting until the juice is well-blended. 

If you want the juice to be smoother, reduce the amount of water.
